About the event
The S.O.A.R. (Student Opportunities for Advancement and Resilience) Spring Break Intensive is a week-long youth leadership experience designed for co-ed middle and high school students ages 13–18.
The program integrates personal safety education, water safety training, leadership development, emotional literacy, and creative expression into a structured experiential learning environment during Broward County Public Schools Spring Break.
Participants engage in hands-on learning activities including:
• Water safety and pool survival training
• Red flag recognition and grooming awareness
• Decision-making and navigation skills
